Responsibilities:
· Drive revenue growth within your sales area aligned to the business targets
· Manage opportunity progressions to the point of close
· Lead on tender requirements specific to your sales area
· Provide in person and virtual demonstrations of the Kingsway portfolio
· Maintain a high level of account management across your sales area
· Establish and maintain good relationships with all key stakeholders:
o Clinical / End users
o Architects
o Contractors
· Provide best in class customer service aligned with the company strategy
· Work collaboratively with internal departments to deliver efficiently with:
o Project Managers
o Estimators
o Inside sales
o Production
o Pre-Construction
· Provide training to end users on the Kingsway product portfolio
Tasks:
· Maintain an accurate representation on all activities and opportunities on Salesforce (CRM)
· Cover the full geography of your sales are to meet and exceed customer requirements
· Attend internal meetings as and when required
· Complete relevant reporting requirements
· Be expected to frequently enter mental health and custodial/prison environments
· Attend industry exhibitions and represent Kingsway
Requirements:
· Proven & consistent track record in achieving and exceeding targets
· Minimum of 2 years sales experience
· Skilled in pipeline management and forecasting
· Skilled in customer negotiations
· Medical Device/Healthcare industry experience preferred
· Professional communication skills
· High level of presenting skills
· Competent in using Microsoft app
o Powerpoint
o Excel
o Word
· Experience using Salesforce
· Full Driving Licence with no more than 3pts
