What you’ll do… The role involves working on a mobile basis at our Cardiff Bay estate with the possibility of covering Trivallis estates within Rhondda Cynon Taff, as part of the Estates and Communities team. You will provide an effective, efficient and customer focussed service. This will include assisting with Internal cleaning of the communal blocks, grounds maintenance, general estate cleansing. What you’ll be responsible for… All cleaning, environmental and caretaking works. Required to establish good relationships with tenants, the public and colleagues. Undertake minor repairs as required. Assist a tradesman where required in the completion of repairs.
