ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT / BOOKKEEPER
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join our team in Perth. This role sits within our Client Accounting Division and involves providing high-quality bookkeeping and payroll support to a wide range of clients.
Key Responsibilities
As part of your role, you will be responsible for a range of client-focused accounting duties, including:
* Processing client bookkeeping and completing all reconciliations
* Managing supplier invoice payments
* Preparing VAT returns
* Administering client payroll, including:
* HMRC reporting
* Pension compliance
* Year-end reporting
* Preparing P11Ds
* Producing monthly cashflow reports
* Liaising with Land Agents and clients
* Performing other related administrative and accounting tasks as required
Skills & Experience
We’re looking for someone who brings:
* Previous bookkeeping experience (essential)
* Knowledge of VAT Partial Exemption (desirable)
* Experience with Xero and payroll, or a relevant qualification (advantageous, but full training provided)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (essential)
* Strong organisational and time-management skills

This is a full-time position but applications would be considered on a part-time basis. The role is office based from Perth.
