The successful candidate will report directly to our Head of HR and will be crucial in supporting our continued growth. They will play a key role in delivering efficient and comprehensive HR support across the business. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your contributions will have a significant impact.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Update HR systems/databases with monthly starters, leavers and contractual changes
* Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests made to the HR function
* Compiling and maintaining employment records.
* Assist in the administration of the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.
* Assist with the recruitment process including all documentation from job descriptions, advertisements, interviews and inductions.
* Keeping policies and procedures up to date.
* Support in the administration of absence management and ER administration.
* Support in the production of monthly reports.
* Support in other HR ad hoc duties.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in an HR Assistant role.
* Knowledge and understanding of UK/EU Employment Law, ACAS Codes of Practice and GDPR.
* Attention to detail and strong administrative skills
* Comfortable to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Conduct yourself in a professional manner with a high level of confidentiality
* Driving license.
