What You’ll Be Doing: Managing the Full Recruitment Cycle – From advertising roles and screening applications to arranging interviews and onboarding new employees. Partnering with Hiring Managers – Work closely with department leaders to identify and fulfil staffing needs. Talent Sourcing – Identify and engage the best candidates through job platforms like LinkedIn. Enhancing the Candidate Experience – Ensure a smooth recruitment journey with timely communication and feedback. Running Local Recruitment Campaigns – Build strong talent pipelines through outreach and engagement initiatives. Supporting New Starters – Facilitate onboarding, inductions, and ensure new employees feel welcomed. Managing Recruitment Administration – Keep records accurate and up to date, including issuing offer letters and employment contracts. Sponsorship & Compliance – Oversee the company’s sponsorship license and ensure all right-to-work documentation is compliant.
