Microsoft Modern Workplace Specialist
As a Microsoft Modern Workplace Specialist, you will be instrumental in delivering the success of Jigsaw24’s Workplace strategy. You will be positioned as the center of excellence for the enablement, positioning and execution of our Microsoft Solutions focus and ensure you are at the forefront of supporting the successful growth of the portfolio.
Focusing on Microsoft 365, Teams, Security solutions, Azure and Copilot you will lead strategic discussions to align Microsoft technologies with Jigsaw24 client needs, showcasing their potential to enhance productivity, collaboration and employee experience. You will proactively identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, working closely with internal teams and Microsoft to drive maximum value and impact.
Key duties and responsibilities:
1. Develop, curate and execute a successful product strategy in line with the overriding Workplace portfolio strategy.
2. Develop and implement regular enablement programs to help support internal awareness of the Microsoft stack along with collaborating with Jigsaw24’s Marketing department in the creation of relevant client facing material.
3. Engage in client opportunity in supporting the wider Sales function achieve a best-in-class outcome-based approach utilising the full range of the Microsoft stack.
4. Support the wider business in ensuring relevant focus for on-time client renewals.
5. Offer strategic recommendations to align customer roadmaps with Microsoft’s technology and license stack.
6. Ensure that all licensing and solution recommendations comply with relevant regulations and standards and manage any associated risk.
7. Ensure available supported funding is utilised in activity aligned to growth focuses.
8. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and licensing changes and continuously improve consulting practices to deliver the best value to Jigsaw24’s client base.
9. Provide intelligence back into the business around market competition, and trends.
10. Working with key stakeholders pan business in identifying and building the Jigsaw24 Service portfolio opportunities associated to the Microsoft stack.
Skills and qualities:
Skills
1. A minimum of three years’ experience working within the Microsoft Solutions stack, ideally focused within the Modern Workplace space in a product specialist capacity.
2. Candidate must hold the Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification.
3. In depth expertise in Microsoft 365, Teams, and Co-Pilot along with an understanding of their value, features, and the technical and business challenges faced in today’s working environment.
4. Practiced in working to the Microsoft Customer Engagement Methodology (MCEM).
5. You will have an ability to interpret data sets and be analytical and objective in your thought process to make informed choices.
6. You will have previously worked in target-based roles and be in a position to demonstrate meeting or exceeding budgetary targets.
