About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE and A-Level. Develop and implement lesson plans covering psychological theories, research methods, and ethical considerations. Facilitate student-led discussions and research projects. Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and examinations. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the psychology curriculum. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Psychology or a related field. Extensive experience teaching psychology at the secondary level, preferably in a faith school setting. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
