We are looking for a Senior Messaging Operations Analyst to work with our Technical Leads on campaign innovation, complex campaign building, and to provide technical coaching and training.
As part of this role, you will:
* Build and deploy messaging campaigns using Teradata, VCX, and Pega.
* Identify risks related to customer data and campaign processes, ensuring compliance with delivery protocols.
* Prioritize tasks aligned with business goals, adapt to changes, and resolve issues.
* Share knowledge, provide feedback, and support peers.
Key requirements include:
* Experience in building multi-channel customer communications.
* Proficiency with coding, particularly SQL or SAS.
* Experience in a financial services CRM operations environment.
* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Stakeholder management and networking abilities.
* Strong organizational skills to handle multiple requests in a fast-paced setting.
This role can be based in Sheffield (preferred), Leeds, or Chester.
