Hybrid - Well-established family-run Property Investment and Development company in North London
Seeks experienced Accountant for a key position in the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing day-to-day Accounting and Administration.
2. Reporting to the owner and external FD.
3. Day-to-day bookkeeping on Xero - sales ledger, purchase ledger, and reconciliations.
4. Office administration including arranging insurance.
5. Property administration including completion statements for developments.
6. Oversee financial aspects of Joint Ventures.
Work Arrangement:
4 days in the office in North London / 1 day from home.
Requirements:
You should have experience in the Property Development sector.
Excellent long-term Finance Manager / Senior Bookkeeper opportunity.
