Your new role
Support seamless interaction between the brand teams, Worldwide Production and Omnichannel capabilities teams, Business Information & Analytics (BI&A), matrix teams and agencies. Partners with business on the development of brand omnichannel strategy, delivering channel insights and tactical recommendations and leading execution of digital brand campaigns, tactics, and programs to drive operational effectiveness, business impact, and meet objectives.
Leverage Omnichannel Capabilities, enterprise standards, and best practices to drive customer engagement for the brand.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in Omnichannel Strategy, planning, and digital communications. The ability to manage agencies, vendors, partners, and project support teams.
