We are recruiting an Ecommerce Trading Executive to drive high performance across the Lovehoney Group. Partnering with the trading team, your focus will be on maximizing profitability of our UK & IE sites through effective merchandising, product assortment, and promotional strategies. You will work closely with our global teams including Marketing, Digital Product, Content & Creative to optimize customer experience, increase loyalty, and meet our commercial goals. This is a fixed-term (maternity cover) role for up to 12 months.
What you will do
1. Support planning, setup, and optimization of commercial activities, including stock lists and special offers in line with trading plans.
2. Coordinate between Content & Creative teams and Marketing to communicate commercial messages and execute promotional campaigns.
3. Oversee product categorization, on-site navigation, and search functionalities to improve customer experience and conversion rates.
4. Collaborate with Merchandising and channel leads to align key landing pages with current priorities and analyze website performance to inform strategies.
5. Provide regular reports on e-commerce performance and recommend improvements.
What should you bring
1. Experience in e-commerce merchandising, product management, or related roles, with strong knowledge of product categorization, navigation, and search functionalities.
2. Ability to analyze key trading metrics like Conversion Rate, Add to Cart Rate, Bounce & Exit rate, using data-driven insights for decision-making.
3. Experience working on e-commerce projects, including implementing new tools and systems.
4. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
5. Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Amplience, demonstrating strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
