Working as part of a skilled team, our CNC Setters machine critical components which are used on a variety of projects within our well-known sectors. You will possess high standards of workmanship in order to comply with internal and customer specifications. You will need to be self-motivated and determined with consistently high standards.
ABOUT THE ROLE
1. Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
2. Set up and load materials onto the machine
3. Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
4. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
5. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
6. Maintain a clean and organise the work area
7. Further technical progression
ABOUT YOU
8. Demonstrated experience as a CNC Setter / Operator
9. Experience with precision measurement instruments
10. Ability to seamlessly interpret technical drawings
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
12. Ability to remain focused on Quality and consistently reiterate its importance to others
13. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
14. Strong math skills for measurements and calculations
15. Able to demonstrate excellent manufacturing practices

17. Monday-Friday 1400-2200
18. Monday-Friday 2200-0600
