Experienced HR Administrator with advisory experience (CIPD) required to work on a 3 month contract in the DE5 area of Derbyshire.

Description
1. HR Admin
2. Working as part of the wider HR Team
3. Providing assistance to the HR Manager with any restructure process
4. Work closely with L&D Department to roll out training programmes
5. Undertaking Inductions
6. Assist in the Recruitment Process of new starters
7. Assisting with Absence Management
8. Providing some HR advisory support in the absence of the HR Advisors
Profile
1. Demonstrable HR Administrator with advisory experience ideally in a manufacturing environment
2. CIPD 3 qualification would be beneficial (or working towards)
3. Happy to provide some advisory advice in the absence of the HR Advisor
4. Confident and able to work on own initiative
5. Able to work 4/7 on site in DE5
6. Be pro-active and able to build relationships
