Key Responsibilities:
This exciting opportunity involves designing and delivering training programs to teach individuals how to safely move and handle objects. As a trainer and assessor, you will be responsible for:
• Developing and implementing comprehensive training curricula
• Conducting assessments to evaluate learner competence
• Providing feedback and guidance to learners
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve organizational goals
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent training and assessment skills, as well as a strong understanding of moving and handling practices. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to communicate complex information effectively.
