Our Client a Global Engineering company are seeking Process Automation Lead based in Warrington location for a permanent position.
Role
As the Regional Process Automation Lead, you will be involved in business processes, and implementing automation solutions to streamline workflows. This role requires collaboration with various departments to identify opportunities for process enhancement, utilizing digital technologies to boost efficiency, and overseeing projects related to process automation.
Responsibilities
As the Process Automation Lead, you will manage projects related to process improvement, automation, and optimization within the HR, Finance, and Procurement departments of the regional Shared Service Centre.
You will ensure the implementation of Lean Management principles in the regional SSC hub, harmonize local processes with global standards to maintain consistency and compliance.
Additionally, you will develop comprehensive process documentation to capture current state processes, proposed improvements, and automation opportunities, and utilize Process Mining tools to analyse and visualize process data, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements.
Experience
As a Process Automation Lead you will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience as a Process Automation Specialist with strong knowledge of process automation tools and technologies, such as RPA (Robotic Process Automation) software.
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI and experience managing automation projects.
Experience working with multiple disciplines of teams, including finance, commercial, HR, and operations within an industrial business or environment, is also required.
