Senior Supply Change Specialist - 12mth FTC The Senior Supply Chain Specialist will support the National Security Business Unit, in managing the supply chain requirements which are often complex and challenging across a diverse range of projects. You will support them throughout the complete procurement lifecycle from sourcing suppliers to managing contract reviews. You will work alongside our customers to solve their complex and unique challenges. Senior Supply Chain Specialist key responsibilities are: Supporting various stakeholders (up to and including board level) with diverse requirements. Sourcing suppliers, including undertaking appropriate on-boarding and BACM (Anti-Bribery and Corruption) checks. Managing hardware, software and contracted service requirements to MRP, scheduling work in conjunction with engineering teams and predelivery management. Executing Non-disclosure Agreements and other standard contractual agreements. Executing and negotiating Terms and Conditions to secure favourable terms inline with Roke s policies and procedures. Issuing Invitation to Tenders (ITT) and Request for Quotations (RFQ). Undertaking supplier negotiations, adjusting style and technique as needed to secure favourable terms. Undertaking Supplier review meetings, including managing supplier risk and mitigations. Ensuring full compliance with Roke s policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Experience of working with the categories or technology relevant to the assigned business area. Demonstrable track record of developing and maintaining stakeholder relationships. Methodical and analytical mind-set and able to apply procurement theory in a flexible, efficient and effective manner. Tenacious when managing change through an organisation. Able to develop tools and tactics at an operational level that will contribute to strategic goals. Experienced in supplier management and development activities driving supplier performance.
