Job Purpose The role is to provide HR administrator service to all of the brands across the Brickability Group and support the wider people team. To provide administrative support and action all people transactional requirements as part of the People Service Team. Dealing with requests for standard documentation. Based from the Bracknell Head Office. Who are Brickability Group? Brickability Group plc consists of over 36 brands, all of which can bring together specialist products and services to meet the needs of the building and construction market. Each brand boasts an extensive portfolio of products including facing bricks, blocks, rainscreen cladding systems, architectural masonry, paving, roof tiles and slates. The Group distributes, and in many cases installs superior quality and strategically important building materials from major UK and European manufacturing partners, providing product solutions to both private and commercial specifiers, contractors, developers and builders. Reporting Line Reports to: Head of HR Key Responsibilities The main responsibilities of the People Administrator are: Technical Knowledge Provide HR Administration support to all Brands within the Brickability Group Support and manage the full range of people related activities including; Ensuring all Employee data and files are complete and comply with GDPR Requesting past employment references o Liaising with payroll department to ensure all changes to payroll are actioned Management of the full absence process including the correct salary payment Monthly activity to support absence management and control of absence levels Updating online HR information portal with any people activity Production of letters for all staff changes, promotions, salary changes and changes to terms and conditions of employment using standard templates Coordination of the leavers process to ensure resignations are acknowledged and payroll correctly notified Controlling the required authorisation process for all people changes to ensure compliance with audit requirements.
