An excellent developmental opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Deputy Ward Manager position on Cedars Ward, specialising in functional older adult mental health care at Bloxwich Hospital.

Detailed Job Description and Main Responsibilities
* Adhere to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct
* Engage proactively with patients and families/carers using effective communication
* Demonstrate high-level clinical nursing expertise and serve as a role model
* Participate in Mental Health Act assessments and understand the roles and responsibilities involved
* Work effectively with patients and families regarding medication management
