As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to support our marketing, HR, and business operations.
We’re seeking a Marketing & Business Support Coordinator to play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our internal operations. This position will focus on content creation on LinkedIn, as well as creating internal marketing materials, HR administration, and general business support, while also contributing to our talent acquisition efforts. What will you do?
Marketing
1. Create engaging social media assets (graphics, GIFs, short video content) for LinkedIn, with potential expansion to other platforms in the future
2. Assist in creating pitch decks, brochures, and other marketing materials for our consultants to share with their clients
3. Post job openings, company updates, and industry insights to strengthen brand visibility on LinkedIn
4. Develop and execute LinkedIn engagement strategies to attract both clients and candidates
HR & Talent Acquisition Support
1. Assist in administrative HR tasks, including sending contracts and onboarding paperwork, and managing employee records
2. Provide support in attracting new internal talent to join the business with job posts
3. Help maintain internal HR documentation and policies
4. Create LinkedIn banners and headshots for our new starters, adding them to our HR system and sending a welcome pack for their first day, as well as communicating with them prior to their start date
Business Support
1. Assist with general administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations
2. Help to organise any Select Tech events, such as lunch clubs or networking events, helping to book any flights and accommodation for international trips
3. Support the leadership team with ad-hoc business projects
4. Help streamline internal processes to improve efficiency
What are we looking for?
1. Experience in LinkedIn social media marketing or content creation
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
3. Basic HR or recruitment experience is a plus but not required
4. A self-starter, who enjoys working in a dynamic environment
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personalities
6. Takes ownership of delegated tasks
7. Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
8. A proactive and creative mindset, eager to contribute ideas
9. Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar is a bonus
10. Have strong communication and organisational skills, and a “can do attitude”
