As a Group Accountant you will be responsible for:
* Prepare and consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
* Ensure compliance with UK GAAP, IFRS, and US GAAP financial reporting standards.
* Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
* Provide financial analysis and insights to support key business decisions.
* Manage the year-end audit process and liaise with external auditors.
* Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, sales tax, and regulatory filings.
* Collaborate with subsidiaries and business units to align financial policies.
About You:
1. Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a group accounting role.
