Job Overview
We are excited to be recruiting for a key member of our team. As the Finance and Administration Officer, you will often be the first person that Social Work Scotland members, key partners, and the public interact with. You’ll need to be friendly and professional, highly organised and proactive. The role supports a dynamic team involved in many different, interconnected pieces of work. It’s important that you share the values and principles inherent to social work, bringing a commitment to social justice, equality, and individual dignity.
Responsibilities
1. Process payments, payroll, and expenses.
2. Collaborate with Social Work Scotland’s accountants on relevant financial matters.
3. Support colleagues in planning and delivering their business.
4. Organise both online and in-person meetings in collaboration with the Administration and Operations Officer.
This post is line managed by and reports to the Operations Manager.
