The governors of this happy and successful school are looking to appoint an LSA with SEND experience to join our team of dedicated staff. This position will involve working with pupils with identified SEND needs on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis. They should be able to draw on a wide range of strategies to adapt and support learning. Knowledge of a ‘trauma informed’ approach is desirable.
A good standard of education is also required (5 GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths at grade 4 or above).
A visit to the school is encouraged and warmly welcomed.
English Martyrs’ School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and requires all staff and volunteers to share and demonstrate this commitment.
