As a Commercial Property Broker, you will be representing one of the best names in the sector, specialising in the sale of commercial property and businesses. Your base will be the Winchester office, and you will cover the immediate and surroundings areas, where you will be helping Hotel owners find a buyer!
Sell and acquire Hotels on behalf of both private and corporate clients
Accurately conducting market valuations, ultimately leading to instructing these Hotels to the market for sale
Arrange and conduct viewings with potential buyers
Be responsible for the full cycle of the sales process from instruction to completion
Networking with business in the hospitality sectors across your patch to gain future contacts and relationshipsWhat you will have
Experience developing new business and conducting valuations
You will ideally be from a Business Transfer background or be an extremely experienced resi or commercial Property Valuer
It would be great if you have some commercial property valuation experience
Having MRICS or Assoc RICS is an advantage but not a necessity
You will be experienced in generating new business in various formats
