About the team
The Treasury team at Worldpay is responsible for managing foreign exchange (FX) exposures, investment exposures, and interest rate (IR) risk worldwide, including exposures resulting from business and treasury activities. All activities are managed within defined policies and risk appetite.
The team plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective exposure management, contributing significantly to Worldpay's success.
What you’ll own
* Execution of relevant hedging instruments, including FX Spots, Swaps, Forwards, and Options derivatives, and any other derivatives required to hedge the company’s exposure.
* Responsible for FX exposure management process related to the company’s balance sheet (remeasurement, translation) and FX impacts to other financial metrics.
* Interface with derivative bank counterparties to ensure market access to all required products and markets.
* Work closely with business finance to gain an in-depth understanding of exposure identification and capture processes; provide expertise and assistance to the business finance teams to drive efficiency and strengthen controls and governance procedures.
* Partner with Business teams to ensure a fully integrated wing-to-wing exposure management process with shared objectives and clear roles and responsibilities.
* Monitor existing hedge programs with business controllership and finance teams to ensure the company is appropriately hedged as well as engage with them on strategic and operational decision making.
What you bring
* 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in Corporate Treasury, Financial Services, or Banking Institutions.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a similar field; or equivalent knowledge or experience.
* Experience in FX management and hedging.
* Direct experience in understanding, developing, and managing balance sheet FX exposures.
* Strong understanding of exposure strategy and derivative execution including hedge accounting concepts.
* Strong product knowledge of FX and interest rate derivative instruments.
* Experience in regulatory and management reporting systems.
* Familiarity with treasury systems to drive efficiencies and standardization through digital technology.
* Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills across all organizational levels.
* Demonstrated project management skills, strong process mindset, and analytical skills.
* Strong team player.

Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $105,070.00 - $176,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
