Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a comprehensive maintenance strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
* Lead capital project management, including planning, budgeting, and execution to ensure timely delivery and within budget.
* Ensure compliance with UK legislation and EH&S policies, prioritizing team member health and safety.
* Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance maintenance system performance.
* Promote and embed best practices across all engineering disciplines.
* Provide dynamic leadership to the engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline or minimum NVQ Level 5.
* A proven background in manufacturing and maintenance environments.
* Strong experience in managing engineering teams, with the ability to inspire and build positive relationships.
* Highly organized, computer literate, and proficient in project management.
* A strong understanding of PUWER and LOLER regulations, with comprehensive technical expertise.
