KM Recruitment is a specialist UK wide recruiter for the Skills and Employability sectors.\n \n Job Title: Teaching Assistant/STLS Internal Verifier / IQA\n \n Location: Home/Field based - Must be flexible with travel\n \n Salary: up to £35,700 + Fantastic Benefits Package\n \n Type: Full time, Permanent\n \n The Role:\nInternal Verification / Quality Assurance of Teaching Support Apprenticeship Standards, to Level 5. \nMentor and support a team of Assessors, to include: supporting unqualified Assessors through their qualifications; induction training; CPD.\nDevelop, plan and execute Quality Improvement Plans, driving and promoting continuous quality improvement and outstanding teaching and learning.\nLead regular standardisation meetings, as well as observations of teaching and learning.\nEnsure the timely achievement of learners.\nUpdate and maintain sampling plans in line with company and awarding organisations requirements.Essential Criteria:\nHold a recognised Internal Quality Assurance award (D34, V1, IQA, TAQA L4).\nHold a recognised Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above.\nMust be an experienced IQA of Teaching Assistant or Early Years Apprenticeships.\nOccupational competency within Leadership and Management in Early Years and / or Education.\nA sound working knowledge of ESFA funding roles and the OFSTED EIF. \nFull, clean, UK driving licence and use of a vehicle.\nMust be flexible with travel.Please note:\n KM Recruitment receive a high number of applications for each role advertised and although we would like to we are not always able to deliver feedback to unsuccessful candidates.
