Hours : 37.5 hours per week
Shifts : Monday through Friday between the hours of 08:00-18:00
Break : 30-minutes or 1-hour lunch? paid or unpaid?

Purpose of the Role:
Working closely alongside your Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the management and growth opportunities of the online Health and Safety Executive (HSE) software tools.
1. Develop a full understanding of the current HSE software tools and its customer base
2. Working with Marketing team to identify and develop targeted marketing
3. Proactively identifying new marketing opportunities to generate sales leads
4. Build strong client relationships with you customers and offer ongoing service and support
5. Manage all subscriber’s renewal process
6. Support your manager with new customer orders and processing any leads
Key Skills:
7. Sales experience with online products is desirable
8. Driven and motivated attitude, wanting to support your team members and push for success
9. Willing and eager to learn within this unique and specialist business area
10. Confident manner with ability to communicate at all levels
11. Highly organised with good administrative skills
