The Job
To cover a period of maternity, the Credit Control Team Leader will manage a team of 3 Credit Controller. Hybrid working.
Some key areas of responsibility:
* Take responsibility of debtor ledger of a region
* Month end reporting, using Excel, feeding information into the finance function and Financial Controller
* Escalations, offering solutions or managing the tram through this process
* Management of the team to achieve their objectives and targets

* Have a minimum of 3 years credit control experience
* General understanding of business financials
* Analytical and methodical
* Strong knowledge of Excel
* Good communication and problem solving
* Experience of credit control in a fast paced environment
* Experience of supervising or managing a team is preferred but not essential
