Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van (NI), Northern Ireland’s only Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van Dealership are currently recruiting a Truck Sales Manager to join our Mallusk Team.
Job Role:
As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Manager, you are responsible for leading and inspiring a high performing and profitable truck sales department.
1. Coaching and steering the truck sales team to achieve optimal sales penetration in the market area.
2. Develop processes to support the truck sales team and aid them in closing deals.
3. Manage the quality and quantity of sales activity to deliver sales targets.
4. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, loyalty and a premium customer experience.
5. Building long-term relationships with truck customers and Senior Leaders in Daimler Truck UK.
6. Ensure long-term sustainability of the truck sales business.
7. Proven sales management and leadership experience, ideally in the heavy goods vehicle industry.
8. You have a successful track record of business development in the automotive sector.
9. Knowledge of the truck industry and a passion for Mercedes-Benz Trucks.
10. Sound commercial awareness, demonstrating the ability to achieve budgets and set KPI’s.
11. IT literate with the ability to use software applications to navigate CRM and Dealer Management systems.
12. Driving licence C or C+E.
