Fundraising Manager, London W1 £40,000 per annum

Behind the awards we deliver a year-round learning and talent development programme that identifies and tackles the barriers that can make it difficult for talented people to enter and progress in our industries. The fundraising team raises vital funds to support this work from major gifts, a high-level patron programme, trusts and foundations, a biennial fundraising Gala and corporate supporters. We are looking for an experienced and driven Fundraising Manager with proven success in identifying, engaging and stewarding major donors. The Fundraising Manager plays a vital role within a proactive and motivated fundraising team with ambitious fundraising targets.

Who you are?
* Tenacious, energetic and self-motivated
* Hold a strong results-driven mindset
* Detail-oriented and organised; someone who manages multiple tasks and priorities confidently and efficiently
* Proven track record of securing five-figure gifts from individual supporters, ideally within the arts
* Interested in film, games and TV
* Experience in devising, organising and delivering intimate or larger-scale cultivation and fundraising events
* Positive with a can-do attitude and willingness to develop and learn
