What You’ll Do:
* Recruit, Lead and Mentor a team of Senior Payments Advisors, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
* Expand Your Portfolio by prospecting and closing new business deals, while simultaneously supporting your team’s sales efforts.
* Build Strong Client Relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
* Utilize Cutting-Edge Lead Tools to prospect and target new opportunities using advanced sales and marketing intelligence platforms.
* Monitor Performance Metrics to track team success, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
* Experienced Sales Leader: You have at least 3 years of experience in payment processing or merchant services, with a track record of success.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: You're self-motivated, thrive in a startup environment, and are excited by the opportunity to build something from the ground up.
* Dynamic Leader: You’re strategic and hands-on, able to mentor a team while also contributing to your personal sales success.
