The role
A career in the Global Chief Data Office will provide you with the opportunity to support service, sector and market leaders deliver the unique PwC client experience to clients. Our team focuses on representing data as a strategic business asset. You’ll manage data and information across PwC to drive change and improvements in data related operations to help enable the business as well as provide valuable insights
What your days will look like:
A day in the life would be talking to multiple application teams to guide them on their integration journeys. Assisting with any questions or concerns along the way, documenting their progress and raising any escalations as they may arise. Connecting with the Operations and Product teams to ensure we are all aligned while always looking for ways to improve the process.
1. Work with internal application owners to integrate their systems with our Master and Reference Data Systems
2. Educate consumers on our data, governance process and onboarding processes
3. Capture customer feedback for Service improvement and liaise with the Product Owner and Business Operations Manager to ensure they are addressed.
4. Provide expert input for data migrations, cut over activities, system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
This role is for you if:
5. Possessing project management skills, prioritization and time management
6. Demonstrating skills around creating and conveying a value proposition including ability to identify the issue, share insight, validate, co-develop a solution, and move to the next steps
7. Have skills in technologies like SQL, Excel, Alteryx, Tableau
8. Possess great communication, presentation and documentation skills in order to deliver concise messaging across the global forum
9. Aptitude for reacting quickly to change whilst maintaining structure and assuring quality of delivery
10. Able to multitask in a work environment across remote teams.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
