Share Price Related Long Term Incentive
* Develop and implement the UK Sales strategy for an innovative and disruptive player in the industry with a compelling combination of step change USPs across cost, durability, range enhancement and green metrics
* Lead and deliver UK fleet sales to the growing number of fleets with significant proportions of EVs across both cars and vans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
* Understanding and communicating the brand's unique value propositions through engaging proposals and presentations.
* Recruit, lead and motivate a high performing team
* Monitoring supply and demand, competitor offers, market trends and costs to adjust selling price and annual unit and gross-profit plans.
* Collaborate with a fast-growing cross-functional teams including product development, operations, and customer support to ensure seamless and successful sales of tyres at volume.
The Person We Are Looking For
* Driven leader, with a minimum of 5 years delivering successful results in UK fleet tyre sales.
* Track record building a sales & marketing strategy and successful sales growth.
* Industry awareness and profile, with experience of tyre sales management processes and practices.
* Experience or insights with electric vehicle fleets is a benefit.
* Entrepreneurial mindset and/or experience working in a start-up preferred.
* Emotionally intelligent, resilient, commercially astute excellent communicator, with strong people skills.
* Palpable integrity combined with sense of fun and humour
