Tradewind Recruitment are actively recruiting for a creative Music Teacher to work within a thriving Music department at an East Kent Grammar school. The role to start in September and is a full time long term opportunity until the end of the academic year - salary of between £30,000 and £46,525 depending on experience.
The role:
1. Plan and deliver both theory and practical Music lessons to KS3 and KS4 students
2. Attend departmental meetings and parents evenings when required
3. Assist in organising and overseeing school concerts, recitals and music events within the school
4. Lead engaging and innovative music lessons tailored to students of all abilities and ages across KS3 and KS4
Requirements:
5. Hold QTS or equivalent qualification
6. Previous experience of teaching music within an educational setting
7. Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS Disclosure, Overseas Police Clearances (if applicable) and professional reference checks
8. CV must cover the last 10 years of employment history where possible
9. Legal right to work in the UK
