We are looking for an experienced HR Officer to support a range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, training, and policy implementation. This is a dynamic role perfect for someone eager to contribute across multiple HR areas.
Responsibilities:
* Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
* Provide HR guidance on policies, procedures, and employment law.
* Handle disciplinary and grievance processes.
* Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with UK employment law.
* Coordinate training programs and support employee development.
* Assist in managing employee benefits.
* Support HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace culture.
Requirements:
* CIPD Level 5 (or working towards it).
* 2-3 years’ HR experience, ideally in a similar-sized organisation.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
