Our Client is a well known mechanical services company who are currently looking to recruit a new Service & Technical Manager. Your day to day duties will involve the management and upkeep of Air Con and Refrigeration units for Clients in the Scientific and Life Sciences industry. Our Client is based in Newbury.
In this role you will be responsible for:
1. Maintaining contracts by offering Clients a first class service
2. Regular Client meetings
3. Scheduling work for Engineers, including PPM's & Repairs
4. Completing RAMS
5. Organising quotes for remedial works
6. Selling new maintenance packages to prospective Clients
The successful candidate will need to have relevant knowledge including Fgas, Pat Testing and Air Con.
This is primarily an office based role with occasional visits to Client sites. Hours of work are Monday to Friday.
