We are looking for a part-time support worker for a young woman with autism. Are you enthusiastic about assisting young individuals with learning challenges? Do you possess patience, compassion and a positive attitude? If you answered yes to these questions, we would be thrilled to hear from you.
Duties to include:-
Planning meaningful activities such as walks, crafting, bowling, shopping etc.
Facilitating trips to local places of interest.
Chaperoning to a monthly night club event for adults with learning disabilities.
Support in developing social skills.
As we live in a village (Northiam), a driver with own car is essential.
You should be proactive in coming up with new suggestions and ideas for appropriate activities.

Finding/identifying suitable social activities
Support with attending a range of social activities
Support with making safe decisions and keeping safe in the community
Occasional watching a movie at home or support with cooking. We have dogs.
