Portfolio Payroll are representing a global technology company who are in a period of substantial acquisitive growth. Seeking an experienced International Payroll Manager to oversee and manage nationwide UK payroll operations as well as EMEA.
Responsibilities include:
1. Day to day management of the payroll team - recruitment, development and motivation, as well as 1:1s
2. Ensuring the team are up to date with legislative changes and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
3. Support and manage the implementation of change
4. Design and implement robust systems and processes
5. Ensure all pension contributions are paid and reported in accordance with legislation
6. Act as an integral part of the new T&A system implementation
7. Ensure journals are processed for the payroll and relevant accounts
Experience required:
1. Extensive experience in Payroll Management role and managing staff
2. Experienced in ADP IHCM payroll
3. Exemplary UK payroll knowledge
4. Experience of coordinating international payrolls
