Experienced CNC Operator required for busy Bespoke Joinery Manufacturing Company.

The group is seeking to strengthen their existing machine shop capability with experienced CNC Machine Operators to operate CNC drilling, CNC Beam Saw and CNC router machines within our joinery manufacturing business.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in woodworking, be comfortable with machine setup, and be able to ensure the efficient production of high-quality wood components.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate CNC drilling and CNC router machines to manufacture joinery components.
* Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines according to job specifications.
* Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
* Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues as needed.
* Ensure precision and quality of finished products.
* Adhere to safety standards and maintain a clean working environment.
* Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production goals.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven previous experience in operating CNC Machinery preferably with Homag Woodwop programme experience.
* Joinery Industry background preferable.
* Boring / Drilling machine experience preferred.
* Ability to programme components from concept.
* A good level of understanding of working drawings.
* Capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team.
* Basic Knowledge of Auto-cad preferable.
* Understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting.
* Willingness to work overtime, evenings and weekends as required.
