Questech Automotive Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a Commercial Automotive client to recruit a Senior Administrator to oversee the administration team with 2 staff. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Commercial Administrator to join their market leading client within the Automotives Sector, working for a Global business at the Bridgwater depot.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our client's team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, invoicing, and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. This is a full-time, office-based position.
Ideally, you will have experience working within the automotive industry. This is an opportunity for an experienced Administrator/Fleet Administrator/Parts Administrator/Service Administrator who wants to progress within a growing business.
Duties:
1. Managing 2 administrators
2. Inputting invoices and chasing outstanding debt
3. Liaising with clients
4. Working closely with the workshop and management
5. Overseeing stock checks and stock movement
6. Managing payroll
7. Working to KPI's
