Job Title: Service Manager – Mental Health and Learning Disability – South Tyneside
Location: South Tyneside
Pay Rate: £ 45.50/per hour
Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join the Adult Mental Health and Learning Disability Team, based in South Tyneside. Applicants must have SWE registration, must be eligible to work in the UK, a Social Work degree, and post-qualified experience.
Requirements for the role:
* Provide leadership to Mental Health and Learning Disability Social Work Teams, working collaboratively with partners.
* Promote independence and person-centered care through effective social work practice.
* Inspire, mentor, and motivate teams to ensure high performance and responsive service delivery.
* Oversee policy implementation, service development, and quality assurance within statutory services.
* Optimize service performance, ensuring value for money and resource efficiency.
* Ensure teams are prepared for CQC assessments and align with regulatory quality standards.
