ROLE OVERVIEW
The Sales Supervisor role is primarily responsible for converting inbound leads for all events on the estate. This is a dynamic role that involves presenting the hotel and the event spaces as the first choice for an event, wedding or corporate function. Presentation is key, as is the ability to understand and gather requirements.
Attention to detail, superb organisational skills and the ability to work across departments to deliver exceptional service for both the booker and their guests is paramount.
From inbound lead, through planning and coordinating the event, with other key stakeholders in the business, liaising with bookers, agents, corporates, couples and families. This is a varied and demanding role with scope to progress and develop within the sales and marketing function.
Additionally, this role requires supporting the sales hub, whether that’s call handling, supporting and coaching calls and creating a culture and an environment that is sales and conversion focussed. Driving top line revenue will be the key driver of your motivation. The sales hub at The Coniston is pivotal in driving ambitious growth, which you will play a key part in.
