Job summary A unique opportunity has arisen for a professional, resilient, credible, and inspiring nurse to undertake the role of a senior nurse within the Medicine division, covering the South (Grange University Hospital and Royal Gwent Hospital) The Senior Nurse role will provide strong clinical and professional leadership, whilst being a clearly visible and supportive role model. They will be professionally accountable for the delivery of high quality, safe and effective care and therefore the successful individual will take a lead in driving forward a positive culture of robust governance and quality improvement. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will work in collaboration with the current Senior Nurses and will share responsibilities by delivering on the priorities identified in the nursing strategy and annual plan ABUHB.
