To provide effective support to enable people with learning and/or physical disabilities to live their lives to the full.

This role involves:
* Delivering practical, physical, social, and emotional support to individuals.
* Providing excellent support and care, listening to and understanding the needs of the people supported, keeping them the focus of your work.
* Being outgoing, kind, caring, reliable, and having a good sense of humour.
* Holding a UK Manual driving license is essential.
We offer full training and the opportunity to work towards a Level 2 qualification to build your confidence as a Support Worker, whether you are new or experienced in care.
