Develop Outcome-Focused Plans: Create and implement plans that safeguard children, address family challenges, and promote their overall well-being. Work Collaboratively: Engage with partner agencies, including health, education, and voluntary organisations, to provide holistic support to children and families. Engage in Direct Work: Use creative, child-centered approaches to engage with children and families, ensuring their voices are central to decision-making. Support Court Work: Prepare high-quality reports for court proceedings and attend as required, ensuring robust and evidence-based recommendations. Contribute to Service Development: Share insights and feedback to support continuous improvement within the Family Assessment Team. Maintain Professional Standards: Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, local policies, and best practices while managing a manageable caseload. Requirements: Social Work England (SWE) registration is essential. Previous experience in family assessment or children’s social work.
