About the Role:
As a Project Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of management services. Working closely with project managers, you'll manage a variety of administrative tasks, helping to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for management services
2. Organise project diaries, including meeting schedules, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
3. Assist in preparing reports that meet contractual obligations and industry standards, including Board packs and ad-hoc reports
4. Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and managing hospitality for meetings
