In this impactful role, you’ll assess children’s needs and collaborate with Lead Practitioners to implement care plans. As part of a close-knit team, you’ll adopt a ‘whole-child’ approach, addressing everything from daily tasks to relationship-building.
Ideally, you’ll have an HNC in Social Care and SVQ Level 3 qualification, along with experience in care or education. If you possess a compassionate approach and can look beyond behaviour to understand underlying reasons, we’ll provide full training. A driving licence is also required.
