Ashburnham Road Surgery is looking for two receptionists to join our team on a permanent basis. One position is full-time, 37.5 hours per week and the other is part-time, 5 hours a day, 25 hours a week. Please let us know in your application which role you are interested in. The main responsibilities of the role include: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Maintain a clean and organized reception area. Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
