Purpose of Role
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to join our dedicated maintenance team at Denison Barracks in Hermitage.
Job Description
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer would be responsible for undertaking electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure to include power, 3-Phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs and alarms. They will also carry out minor installation work and will be comfortable engaging with stakeholders providing them fault diagnostics where necessary. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled and happy, when needed, to cover all aspects of building maintenance.

Essential Qualifications/Skills
?Good communication skills
?Proven reactive maintenance experience
?Previously worked commercial environments
?18th Edition + NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
?City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent) – would be useful
?Capable electrical installation experience
