Co-Founder / Strategic Partner (AI Automation Solutions)

Role Overview
We seek a commercially driven Co-Founder or Strategic Partner who will spearhead our go-to-market strategy, forge high-value client relationships, and significantly expand our customer base among enterprise clients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building strong, profitable partnerships and is prepared to invest in our vision—enabling us to scale faster and create a lasting impact in the AI sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire new enterprise customers ready to take their AI adoption to the next level.
* Develop strategic partnerships to broaden the reach and application of our AI automation solutions.
* Continuously refine our market positioning and value proposition to address enterprise pain points.
* Define and execute go-to-market strategies that align with our overall business objectives.
* Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and long-term client relationship management.
* Work closely with the CTO and AI engineering teams to ensure product-market fit and a compelling AI offering.
* Collaborate on budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to ensure maximum ROI.
* Monitor and report on key revenue metrics and growth targets.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with the technical and product teams to align solutions with client needs.
* Contribute to organizational strategy, including hiring, partnerships, and global expansion efforts.
* Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer-centric thinking.
Qualifications & Experience
* 7+ years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial strategy—ideally within B2B SaaS, tech consulting, or enterprise solutions.
* Proven success in closing large, complex deals and scaling revenue in a startup or high-growth environment.
* Familiarity with the AI or automation landscape, with enough knowledge to translate technical offerings into business value.
* Deep technical expertise is not required—our CTO and engineering teams provide the technical backbone.
Financial Commitment
* Willing and able to invest a minimum of £150k (or an agreed-upon amount) in exchange for equity or negotiated terms.
* Strong understanding of startup financials, fundraising cycles, or investor relations is a plus.
* Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Strong sense of ownership, creativity, and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
